Instructions
- Make the fajita seasoning by mixing all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
- Season the chicken by sprinkling the seasoning on both sides and pressing it in.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 7 to 8 minutes on each side.
- While the chicken cooks, slice the bell peppers and onion.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest, then sauté the bell peppers and onion in the same skillet for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Slice the chicken into strips and add it back to the skillet with a squeeze of lime juice, then stir everything together.
- Serve immediately with tortillas and desired toppings.
