Chicken Fajitas

Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with fajita seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken breasts and sauté for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Add bell peppers and onions to the pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft and browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Slice the chicken against the grain and add it back to the skillet with the vegetables. Squeeze lime juice over the top if desired.
