Easy Chicken Fajitas

Instructions
- Slice the onion and bell peppers.
- In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, cumin, and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Cut the chicken into strips and toss it with the spice mixture.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook half of the chicken until cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Repeat with the remaining chicken.
- Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, drain the onions if soaked, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced peppers and the remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until heated.
- Return the chicken to the pan, stir to combine, and squeeze additional lime over top.
- Serve the mixture in tortillas.
