Boozy Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate

Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips and ½ cup of milk in a saucepan over low-medium heat, whisking often for about 3 minutes.
- Once melted, add the remaining milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice, stirring vigorously to combine.
- Pour a small amount of the hot chocolate into serving glasses, then add Kahlua or bourbon.
- Top off with more hot chocolate, stir, and optionally garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and additional pumpkin pie spice.
