Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- 3. Roll the dough into balls, coat them in sugar, and place them on the baking sheet.
- 4. Make indentations in each ball using a teaspoon or thumb, and fill with jam.
- 5. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- 6. Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes on the pan before transferring to a rack.
