Easy Healthier Crockpot Butter Chicken

Instructions
- Mix coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and cream in a bowl.
- Stir in tomato paste, garlic, ginger, and all spices until well combined.
- Grease the crockpot, then add minced onion to the bottom.
- Place chicken in the crockpot and pour the coconut milk mixture over it.
- Add butter on top and cover the crockpot.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Stir occasionally if desired, then season with salt and pepper before serving.
- Serve over rice with naan.
