Easy Instant Pot Panera Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup

Instructions
- 1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté and melt 1 tablespoon of butter, then add onions and garlic, cooking until translucent.
- 2. Add chicken broth, broccoli, salt, and pepper to the pot and stir.
- 3. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- 4. Quick release the steam and switch back to sauté mode.
- 5. Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6. Mix melted butter with flour in a bowl, then add a couple of tablespoons of soup to this mixture and return it to the pot to thicken.
- 7. Cook on sauté until the cheese melts, then serve.
