Easy Chicken Fried Rice

Instructions
- Prepare the fried rice sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
- In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium/high heat, then cook the chicken with garlic powder and soy sauce until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the pan, keeping the oil and liquid in the pan.
- Add another tablespoon of olive oil, then sauté the white parts of green onions and minced carrots for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chilled white rice and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the red pepper and frozen peas, sautéing for another 2-3 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan, add the fried rice sauce, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Create a well in the center of the pan, crack in the eggs, and scramble them with soy sauce until fully cooked.
- Mix everything together and serve with the green parts of the green onions.
