Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and coconut sugar) in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (egg, molasses, melted coconut oil, and vanilla).
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Roll the dough to ¼ inch thick and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, then allow to cool completely before decorating.
