Extremely Cheesy Corn Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and stir-fry the garlic and chili pepper for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the corn, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with bread crumbs, remaining mozzarella cheese, and chopped herbs.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is crisp.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs or green onions.
