Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and onion, then combine them in a bowl.
- Squeeze out excess liquid from the mixture using paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, flour, and salt.
- Mix the egg mixture into the potato mixture until well combined.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten them.
- Cook each pancake for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat the process until all the mixture is used, adding more oil as needed.
