Potato Pancakes

Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze out excess liquid.
- In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes with diced onions, flour, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and egg.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Drop about ¼ cup of the potato mixture into the hot oil and flatten it slightly.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer cooked pancakes to a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used and serve with applesauce or sour cream.
