Instructions
- Drizzle BBQ sauce inside martini glasses and freeze overnight.
- Chill the bacon vodka before making the cocktail.
- Cook extra strips of bacon until crispy for garnishing.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the chilled bacon vodka, Chambord, and peach juice.
- Rim the glass with a peach slice and BBQ rub, then chill the glass.
- Shake the cocktail vigorously for about 10 seconds and strain into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a skewer of crispy bacon, a peach slice, and a maraschino cherry, then serve immediately.
