Instructions
- Cut the sausages into small bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the onion finely.
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the chopped sausages and onion to the pan and cook until the sausages are browned.
- Stir in chicken stock powder, curry powder, and turmeric powder, mixing well with the sausages and onion.
- Add the rice to the frying pan and stir until all grains are coated with curry.
- Toss in the raisins and green peas.
- Add mayonnaise and stir for a couple of minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in a bowl or plate and garnish with baby parsley.
