Kimchi Fried Rice

Instructions
- Chop the kimchi into smaller sizes and set aside with kimchi juice.
- Slice the pork to a similar size as the chopped kimchi and beat the egg in a bowl.
- Add Japanese mayonnaise to the cooked rice and mix well.
- Heat sesame seed oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- Add the sliced pork and cook until done, then add kimchi with juice and stir-fry until liquid evaporates.
- Move the pork and kimchi to the side, add the beaten egg to the center, and once half set, break it and add the rice.
- Stir-fry everything together until well mixed and rice grains are separated.
- Add garlic chives and sesame seeds, then season with soy sauce before serving.
