Instructions
- Heat a wok or skillet over high heat and add the oil.
- Sauté the garlic and onion until aromatic.
- Add the kimchi and stir quickly before adding the rice.
- Stir to combine well, then add the soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and scallions.
- Stir a few times to blend with the rice and serve immediately.
- Optionally, fry an egg sunny-side up and serve it on top.
