Instructions
- Separate the broccoli stem from the crown and slice the stem and crown appropriately.
- Cut the scallions into separate parts and keep them separate.
- Squeeze and chop the kimchi, returning the liquid to the jar.
- Heat oil in a wok and cook the broccoli and dark green scallion parts until charred.
- In the same pan, cook the kimchi, scallion whites, garlic, and ginger until fragrant, then add rice and sauces.
- Mix everything and let it crisp slightly before adding back the broccoli and scallion tops to heat through.
- Serve the fried rice topped with a fried egg, sesame seeds, and more kimchi.
