Maple Bacon Breakfast Wraps

50% reduced fat Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Cook the bacon as per package instructions and set aside to drain.
- In a bowl, beat the egg, egg whites, and water together, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Mist a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Add spinach and wilt it, then add the egg mixture.
- Scramble the eggs with the spinach until cooked and fluffy, then remove from heat.
- Lay the flatbreads on a surface, placing two bacon slices on each, followed by shredded cheddar and the egg mixture. Drizzle syrup on top.
- Fold the ends of the flatbreads over the filling, then roll them up tightly.
- Optionally, grill the wraps in a skillet until golden on both sides.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve.
