Ingredients

The wraps

  • 2 wraps Flatout Original flatbreads

The filling

  • ½ medium granny smith apple, sliced thin
  • a sprinkle cinnamon
  • 3 oz 50% light sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 4 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced or chopped
  • 2 slices center cut bacon, cooked crisp

Instructions

  1. 1. Sprinkle cinnamon over apple slices and toss to coat, then microwave for 45-60 seconds until warm.
  2. 2. Lay a wrap flat and sprinkle 1.5 oz of cheese down the center, leaving space at the ends.
  3. 3. Layer 2 oz of chicken, half of the cinnamon apples, and one slice of bacon on top of the cheese.
  4. 4. Fold the ends over the filling, then roll the wrap tightly.
  5. 5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. 6. Heat a skillet over medium-low, mist with cooking spray, and cook wraps seam side down for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  7. 7. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden and heated through.
  8. 8. Cut in half and serve warm.
