Chicken Bacon Apple Cheddar Wraps

50% light sharp cheddar, shredded

cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced or chopped

center cut bacon, cooked crisp
Instructions
- 1. Sprinkle cinnamon over apple slices and toss to coat, then microwave for 45-60 seconds until warm.
- 2. Lay a wrap flat and sprinkle 1.5 oz of cheese down the center, leaving space at the ends.
- 3. Layer 2 oz of chicken, half of the cinnamon apples, and one slice of bacon on top of the cheese.
- 4. Fold the ends over the filling, then roll the wrap tightly.
- 5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- 6. Heat a skillet over medium-low, mist with cooking spray, and cook wraps seam side down for 3-4 minutes until golden.
- 7. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden and heated through.
- 8. Cut in half and serve warm.
