Apple Cheddar Turkey Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 wrap Flatout Light Original Flatbread
  • 1-2 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 2 oz thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1 oz sliced 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon canola oil
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • a pinch salt
  • a pinch pepper
  • ¼ cup matchstick-sliced apple pieces
  • cup coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Lay the Flatout flatbread on a clean surface and place the torn lettuce down the center.
  2. Top the lettuce with the sliced deli turkey and cheddar cheese, leaving space at the ends.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, oil, honey, salt, and pepper, then add the apples and coleslaw, stirring to coat.
  4. Place the apple and coleslaw mixture on top of the turkey and cheese.
  5. Fold the ends of the flatbread over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
  6. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
