Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, portion out the dough onto the prepared baking sheets and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 16-19 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
