Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, mashed banana (or pumpkin), applesauce, flaxseed meal, honey, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
- Add any desired mix-ins and stir until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, flattening each mound into a disc about ¼-inch thick.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and soft, adjusting time for desired texture.
