Instructions
- Combine the banana, peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla using a hand mixer to make the dough.
- Mix in the dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate and any other mix-ins.
- Chill the dough for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into 16-18 balls with wet hands to prevent sticking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, allowing them to stay round or flattening gently if desired.
