Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend bananas, applesauce, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the banana mixture with the dry ingredients and fold in the raisins.
- Scoop 1-inch balls of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and set, then cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
