Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend bananas, applesauce, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Combine the banana mixture with the dry ingredients and fold in the raisins.
  5. Scoop 1-inch balls of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and set, then cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
