Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 cup ground oat flour
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  3. Mix in the ground oat flour and rolled oats until combined; the dough will be wetter than typical cookie dough.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Wet your hands slightly, scoop out the dough, and form cookie shapes, placing them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
