Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Mix in the ground oat flour and rolled oats until combined; the dough will be wetter than typical cookie dough.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Wet your hands slightly, scoop out the dough, and form cookie shapes, placing them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
