Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients and stir until you have a sticky, thick dough.
- Use about 3 tablespoons of dough for each cookie and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cookies are puffy and the tops are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the pan before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
