Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup peanut butter

The mix-ins

  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Add the oats, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans.
  5. Drop balls of dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
