Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Form the dough into cookies using a little less than 3 tablespoons of dough for each cookie, leaving space between them.
- Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking mat for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
