Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, and peanut butter until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
- Form 12 balls of dough and place them on the lined baking tray.
- Press each ball into a cookie shape and top with extra chocolate chips.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Let the cookies cool completely on the pan.
