Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- 3. Beat in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and egg until well blended.
- 4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, then stir until just moistened.
- 5. Mix in the oats and both types of chocolate until evenly distributed.
- 6. Drop tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
- 7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges start to brown.
- 8. Cool on the cookie sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
