Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In an electric mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla, then blend in the peanut butter.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips.
- Scoop out about 2 ½ tablespoons of dough and drop onto lined baking sheets.
- Flatten the cookies slightly and bake for 9-10 minutes until slightly under-baked.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
