Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, coconut sugar, Besti, avocado oil, and vanilla.
- Stir in the egg, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the oats until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and any optional mix-ins.
- Scoop the dough onto a parchment-covered sheet pan and flatten each scoop slightly.
- Bake for 12-16 minutes until the undersides are slightly browned.
- Cool completely before eating.
