Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until you have 1 cup.
- Whisk in the peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the oats, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, coconut, chocolate chips, and hemp seeds, and whisk until combined.
- Drop mounds of the batter onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 13-14 minutes until golden and set, then cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
