Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
- Cream the vegan butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in any mix-ins.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dough for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop out 16 cookie dough balls and place them on the baking sheets, spaced apart.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges are cooked.
- Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
