Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Add the softened vegan butter, beaten egg, vanilla extract, and 1 cup of sugar to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Form the dough into 24 balls, roll each in the extra sugar, and flatten slightly before placing on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before serving.
