Instructions
- Mix the egg replacer, 3 tablespoons of plant-based milk, and vanilla.
- Incorporate the margarine and sugar into the mixture.
- Stir in the flour until just combined, adding more plant-based milk as needed to form a smooth dough.
- Shape the dough into a circle, cover, and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Roll out the dough to ¼-inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Cut out shapes using floured cookie cutters and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cookies are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool before icing.
- For the icing, mix powdered sugar with vanilla and enough plant-based milk to achieve a spreadable consistency.
- Decorate the cooled cookies with icing and desired decorations.
