Instructions
- Combine allulose, brown sugar substitute, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract, and whisk until combined.
- Sift in the flour and baking soda, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
- Cover the bowl and freeze the dough for 40 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form 12 small balls of cookie dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Bake the cookies for 11-14 minutes until golden brown, then cool on the tray for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
