Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, allulose, and the egg, mixing until well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop, form small balls of dough on the cookie sheet, spacing them 3-4 inches apart, and press each ball into a cookie shape.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cookies are just golden brown but still soft.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
