Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, brown sugar, and egg until well mixed. If using chocolate chips, fold them in at the end.
- Roll the dough into 12 balls and place them on the lined tray, spacing them 2 inches apart. Press each ball down to form a cookie shape.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the tray.
