Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened butter, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop out heaped tablespoons of the cookie dough, roll them into balls, and place them on the baking sheet, pressing them down lightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden, then let them cool on the baking sheet.
