Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl.
- Mix peanut butter, agave, shortening, and vanilla in a medium bowl using a hand blender.
- Blend the dry ingredients into the wet until combined.
- Scoop dough 1 tablespoon at a time onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Flatten each scoop with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake at 350°F for 6-12 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Serve.
