Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and baking soda.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, coconut oil, and coconut sugar.
- 4. Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract.
- 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well. If the batter is too dry, add a splash of almond milk.
- 6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 7. Use a cookie scoop to place dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt after removing from the oven.
