Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter and peanut butter until fluffy.
- Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, and beat until smooth.
- Mix in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and beat thoroughly.
- Stir in the peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Use a fork to create a crisscross pattern on the cookies.
- Lightly sprinkle the cookies with sugar.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheets for about 3 minutes before transferring to a rack.
