Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
- In a mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the peanut butter and mix until incorporated.
- Mix in the vanilla and then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour mixture until just combined.
- Roll dough into 1 ½-inch balls and place on baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Use a fork to create a crosshatch pattern on each cookie.
- Bake for 12-17 minutes until edges are golden and centers are puffy.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
