Very Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream the butter and both sugars together until smooth, then add the eggs and mix well.
- Incorporate the peanut butter and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Chill the dough for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into balls, coat in granulated sugar, and make a crisscross pattern on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned, then cool on the baking sheets.
