Peanut Butter White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using a flax egg, mix ground flax meal with water and set aside to thicken.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Mix well, then fold in the white chocolate chips and the egg or flax egg.
- Form 12-16 cookies and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until soft with a crunchy outside.
