Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cut off the ends of the squash and slice it in half, removing the seeds.
- Cut the squash into 1-inch wedges.
- Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese if using.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and browned.
