Ingredients

The chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound chicken breasts

The breading

  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ cup Italian-style panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • a pinch cayenne
  • 1 large egg

The sauce

  • cup Skinny Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip
  • milk for thinning if necessary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, add flour.
  3. In another bowl, mix panko, wheat germ, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne.
  4. In a third bowl, crack and whisk the egg.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally the crumb mixture, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken.
  6. Place the chicken on a prepared cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken and bake for another 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Top each chicken breast with about ⅓ cup of the ranch dip and serve warm.
