Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, add flour.
- In another bowl, mix panko, wheat germ, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne.
- In a third bowl, crack and whisk the egg.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally the crumb mixture, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken.
- Place the chicken on a prepared cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and bake for another 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Top each chicken breast with about ⅓ cup of the ranch dip and serve warm.
