Healthy Baked Popcorn Chicken

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the yogurt and ¼ teaspoon of salt, then add the chicken and toss to coat.
- In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, and the remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt.
- Dredge the coated chicken in the bread crumb mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
