Ingredients

The chicken

  • 3 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breasts

The marinade

  • 1 cup Frank's RedHot® Original Hot Sauce
  • ½ cup butter, melted and slightly cooled

The coating

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese

For serving

  • to taste Ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • as needed carrot and celery sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet with oil.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound them to about ⅜-inch thickness.
  3. Marinate the chicken in hot sauce for 30 minutes.
  4. Dip each chicken piece in melted butter, then coat with panko bread crumbs.
  5. Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with crumbled blue cheese and serve with dressing and vegetable sticks.
