Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet with oil.
- Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound them to about ⅜-inch thickness.
- Marinate the chicken in hot sauce for 30 minutes.
- Dip each chicken piece in melted butter, then coat with panko bread crumbs.
- Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Garnish with crumbled blue cheese and serve with dressing and vegetable sticks.
